B. Land Records and Query Parameters

When you use the app to search for land records, Khatauni, or Bhu Naksha (plot maps), you enter public query parameters such as District (Janpad), Tehsil, Village (Gram), Gata/Khasra Number, Khata Number, or Tenure Holder's Name.

• These search inputs are exclusively utilized to query public land databases.
• We do not correlate these search queries to individual real-world user identities.

3. Data Architecture: Sourcing and Internal Server Caching

To provide an optimal and uninterrupted user experience, the architecture of Bhulekh Uttar Pradesh operates under the following model:

1. Primary Source of Data: The fundamental source of all land records, land ownership details, and cadastre maps is the official government public web portal maintained by the Board of Revenue, Government of Uttar Pradesh (specifically upbhulekh.gov.in and related departmental portals).
2. Internal Proxy and Server Caching: Government portals often experience heavy traffic, downtime, or slow latency. To provide reliable and fast "Live Khatauni View" and "Bhu Naksha" features, public query responses may be processed and passed through our secure internal servers.
3. Caching Duration: Query results and public land record responses are cached temporarily on our internal servers for periods ranging from a few hours up to several days as administratively managed by our team. This caching reduces excessive load on government servers and improves response times for frequent queries.
4. No Personal Profile Assembly: Cached data consists solely of public records returned by the government servers and does not contain private device fingerprints or user-identifying telemetry.

4. Third-Party Advertising: Google AdMob

The Bhulekh Uttar Pradesh app is free to download and use. To fund our server infrastructure, maintenance, and ongoing development, the app is monetized through third-party advertising services provided by Google AdMob.

Google AdMob may collect and process certain device and usage data automatically in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. This data may include:

• Google Advertising ID (AAID)
• Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version
• Network carrier and approximate geographic region based on IP
• In-app ad interaction metrics (impressions, clicks)

• android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Optional/Conditional): Required only if you explicitly choose to download or save Khatauni slips or Bhu Naksha PDF/image copies to your device's local storage.

We employ standard secure communications (HTTPS/TLS encryption) for data transmitted between your device and our internal caching servers, as well as connections to the upstream data sources. Although no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% impenetrable, our zero-collection stance on personal identity ensures your personal privacy is safeguarded.

Our services are not targeted at or intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 18 in jurisdictions where legal consent is required). We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children.
